Approve the Modification to the Subagreement (#1777-1049-01-E) Between the University of South Florida (USF) and Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) for Services Associated with HCPS Role in the State’s Mathematics and Science Partnerships Grant, Florida Partnership to Rejuvenate & Optimize Mathematics and Science Education (PROMiSE) (Student Services and Federal Programs Division)

The Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) extended the period of performance for Year 2 of the project from September 30, 2009, to November 30, 2009. This is a no-cost extension. The due date for all deliverables and final invoices is 30 days from the project end date.

Funding for this project is provided by the FLDOE; Project # 291-2359A-9CM01. USF is the grant’s fiscal agent and project funds reside at USF. HCPS will invoice USF as outlined in the Subagreement (#1777-1049-01-E).

Under the terms of the grant, USF is responsible for project evaluation. A copy of the annual reports and final evaluation report will be provided to HCPS Office of Assessment and Accountability. The anticipated date for the second annual report is March 30, 2010.
