The Architectural Practice, Inc. and J.B.D. Construction, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for interior and exterior painting and remedial modifications.

This change order provides a credit for additional project savings. A time extension is included for completion of additional remedial work requested by the Owner.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
