EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

As part of the campus modifications at Brewster Technical Center, the School Board was required to install certain potable water facilities for a fire line in the City of Tampa's service area. This separate water line is necessary to service the new fire sprinkler system that was installed as part of the overall air conditioning renovation project. The plans for the fire line submitted by the Board were reviewed by the City of Tampa's Water Department and approved. The Agreement requires the Board donate these facilities to the City and the City will assume ownership, maintenance and operation and the Board will guarantee the facilities against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of thirteen months.
