Approve Agreement with Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department for 2009/2010 School Resource Officer Program (Administration Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The School Board annually approves an agreement with Hillsborough County for the placement of the School Resource Officers in our secondary schools. The agreement with Hillsborough County for the School Resource Officer Program is administered by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department for the fiscal year 2009/2010, July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010. The participating law enforcement agencies in the School Resource Officer Program pay 50% of the program cost.
