SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed A. Douglas Johnson Architects and Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided 10 additional classrooms. This addition was necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.
This change order provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.
