SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed A. Douglas Johnson Architects and Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided 12 additional classrooms. This addition was necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.
Change Order No. 2 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 3 provides a credit for project savings.
