Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $875.00 and Acceptance of Project for Exterior Painting at
Robinson High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Elements, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provided for painting of the facility exterior and selected interior spaces. On April 21, 2009, the Board awarded the contract for construction to United Painting Service, Inc.

This change order provides a credit for deletion of soffit painting from the project scope.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
