Approve Agreement for Use of School Facilities with Tampa Bay Little League at Coleman Middle School, Dale Mabry and Grady Elementary Schools

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On April 4, 2006 the School Board entered into an Agreement to Use Real Property with the Tampa Bay Little League (the "League") at Coleman Middle School, Dale Mabry and Grady Elementary Schools. School Board staff has worked with the League in an effort to continue their use of these fields. If approved, the League will be using the athletic fields and the paved parking at the facilities and will be responsible to maintain the site, as well as to complete any repairs required due to their use.

The term of this Agreement will be for a three year period, subject to the School Board's right of termination, restriction or reduction. The League will not be charged any fees for the use of these facilities.

Approved by the School Board Attorney as to form and consistency.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)

Tampa Bay Little League will be responsible for the expense of maintaining the site and for any repairs necessary due to their use.
