Approve Acceptance of Project for Classrooms for Kids Addition at Pinecrest Elementary School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On February 13, 2007, the Board appointed Howard & Associates Architects, P.A. and J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for an additional 12 classrooms. This addition was necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: Classrooms for Kids.

Guaranteed Maximum Price: $1,819,385.00
Approved Change Orders: $347,862.50 Credit (See Attachment)
Revised Guaranteed Maximum Price: $1,471,522.50
Payments to Date:  $1,462,687.50
