Approve Renewal Agreements with Two Officials Organizations for Athletic Contests, 2010/2011 (Curriculum and Instruction Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We request approval of the negotiated renewal agreements with the following organizations:

  • West Coast Umpires Association to Provide baseball officials for scheduled high school contests - $31,850
  • Hillsborough County Umpires Association to provide softball officials for scheduled high school athletic contests - $29,235
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Demonstrate best financial practices • Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety including students, employees, visitors, facilities, transportation, and health
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Funds of $61,085 are included in the Division of Curriculum and Instruction Athletics Department budget.
