| Approve Blanket Utility Easement Agreement with Tampa Electric Company to Serve Anderson Elementary School | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| The South Tampa Sticks (STS) Youth Lacrosse League has been using the athletic fields at Anderson Elementary since the request was Board-approved in March, 2008. The League would now like to provide lighting for the fields.
Tampa Electric Company has requested a blanket easement at Anderson Elementary to cover conduit installations for the field lighting. Once a specific easement has been executed, the blanket easement will be released. |

| The district will incur no expenses for the improvements to the fields. These costs will be the sole responsibility of STS. | |
