| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Elements, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 18, 2010, the Board awarded the contract for construction to R.F. Lusa & Sons Sheetmetal, Inc. The scope of work provided for replacement of the selected roof areas at Mango and Robinson Elementary Schools and Turkey Creek Middle School. The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
