Approve Acceptance of Project for Renovation at Trapnell Elementary School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On April 21, 2008, the Board appointed The Architectural Practice, Inc. and Halfacre Construction Company to provide design and construction management services. The renovation of existing facilities  included painting, landscaping, fencing, and limited electrical work. 

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: Capital Outlay and Debt Service (CO & DS).

Guaranteed Maximum Price:  $283,914.00
