SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Agreements for Two Consultants from Lawson Software Americas, Inc. (Lawson) to Assist with Lawson Talent Management Implementation (Information and Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Lawson has offered two consultants at reduced rates to assist with the implementation of Lawson's Talent Management Software.  This agreement is for three months and will cost $100,000, including travel.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Recruit, develop, and retain a highly effective, diverse workforce • Align the performance management system with the district’s priorities • Align financial resources to support the district’s strategic goals • Demonstrate best financial practices
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
The funding for this item will come from the Demonstrated Effort Project 4146 in the amount of $100,000.
EVALUATION
Consultants' work is monitored on a continual basis to determine quality and cost effectiveness to the district.
