Approve Acceptance of Project for Auditorium Renovation (Phase II) at D. W. Waters Career Center | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Wilder Architecture, Inc. and The Morganti Group, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for new dressing rooms and back stage support spaces, and new stage lighting, sound system, carpeting, acoustical panels and stage curtains. The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
