During the month of April, Hillsborough County students will engage in local and state wide Service-Learning events. Twin Lakes Elementary School students will showcase their service-learning project and visit legislators at the state Service-Learning conference in Tallahassee and Randall Middle School will earn the distinction of being Hillsborough County's first Florida Leader School for Service-Learning.

This School Board proclamation acknowledges the important role service plays in the academic and civic development of our students and calls upon all students, staff, and community members to join together to "Raise their Voices for Service-Learning" by engaging in projects and activities during the month of April.
