Adopt the Resolution in Support of Article IX Section 1(a) of the Florida Constitution (Information and Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As the District and the State face difficult budget decisions, the Hillsborough County School Board reiterates its support for the principles described in Article IX Section 1(a) of the Florida Constitution, which states that it is a "paramount duty of the State to make adequate provision for the education of all children residing within its borders."
