| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On May 14, 2009, the Procurement Department, in conjunction with the Information and Technology Division and the Central Printing Department, issued an ITB to establish fixed pricing for printing of the student and teacher handbooks. The initial term for this award was from June 10, 2009 through June 9, 2010, with two additional one-year renewal options. Central Florida Publishing, Inc. has agreed to renew for the third year, beginning June 10, 2011, and ending June 9, 2012, with prices, terms, and conditions to remain unchanged. |
