Approve Acceptance of Project for Steinbrenner High School, New Facility | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On July 26, 2005, the Board appointed HCBeck, Ltd. to provide construction management services. This new facility, which opened in August 2009, was a reuse of the Middleton High School design and relieved overcrowding at Alonso, Gaither, and Sickles High Schools. The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
