On July 15, 2008, the Board appointed Don Stine Construction, Inc. to provide construction management services for construction of an athletic field house at Durant High School. This project was accomplished using a combination of donated funds and services, and District matching funds previously approved by the Board.

The referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents. Board acceptance is therefore recommended.

Expenditures were funded as follows: $301,619 Durant's contribution, $20,000 from Area Director's millage allocation, and $50,000 from Millage Matching Funds. Donated services in the amount of $34,865 were not included in the construction cost.
