| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| Petty change funds are established or altered, with School Board approval, in compliance with State Board of Education rules Chapter 6a-1.057. These are impressed funds transferred from district budget to the schools so that each school can make emergency purchases and have change to operate lunchrooms and athletic events. When funds are expended for purchases, the school submits receipts to Accounts Payable. The school is then reimbursed, and the school's budget is reduced by the amount of the purchase.
Maniscalco Elementary School requests School Board permission to close bank account number XXXXXXXXX3859 at Sun Trust Bank and to open a new bank account at Wachovia Bank. Signers will be: Annette Gaddy, Principal; Tammy Reale, Assistant Principal; and Rosa Prieto, Principal's Secretary. Pinecrest Elementary School requests School Board permission to close bank account number XXXXXXXXX7704 at Sun Trust Bank and to open a new bank account at Wachovia Bank. Signers will be: Vicki Dotson, Principal; Sharon Patterson, Assistant Principal; and Denise Mobley, Principal's Secretary. Wilson Elementary School requests School Board permission to close bank account number XXXXXXXXX1833 at Sun Trust Bank and to open a new bank account at Wachovia Bank. Signers will be: Gina Becker, Principal; Orestes Mendez, Assistant Principal; and Vicki Bevlin, Principal's Secretary.
