| Renew the Existing Bid Submitted by Windemuller Technical Services, Inc. - Invitation to Bid (ITB) #9070-DST Fuel Dispensing System Maintenance and Repair (Business Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| On June 30, 2009, the Procurement Department, in conjunction with the Transportation Department, issued an ITB to establish fixed pricing for maintenance and repair of the fuel dispensing systems. These systems include tanks, pumps, dispensers, terminals, and tank level sensor units. Maintenance on the systems requires each of the regulated fuel storage tanks and leak detection monitoring systems be serviced each year.
The initial term for this award was from July 29, 2009 through July 28, 2010, with four additional one-year renewal options. The supplier has agreed to renew for the third year, beginning July 29, 2011, and ending July 28, 2012, with the same prices, terms, and conditions. The Superintendent is authorized to approve the renewal agreement for the terms of the specifications. |
