FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  No)
Funding for this project is provided by the USDOE.   USF is the grant's fiscal agent and project funds reside at USF.  Of the $449,905 awarded to USF, $26,936 is dedicated to project services rendered by HCPS, an increase of $7,736.  HCPS will invoice USF as outlined in the Subagreement.
