EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
This project from BFK is considered sole-source and is exempt from the bidding process per Florida Department of Education 6A-1.012 purchasing policies as copyrighted materials and services.
Teachers need data and information to guide and improve their instruction. Value-added analysis, when combined with multiple measures, provides insight into the impact schools and teachers have on student performance. BFK addresses the complexities associated with effectively implementing large-scale, value-added initiatives. The goal of this project is to support Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) roll out of 2010/2011, value-added analysis results. Executive Summary continued on attachment. |
