| Miller Recreational Equipment & Design, Inc. is considered sole-source and is exempt from the bidding process per Florida Department of Education 6A-1.012 (12) (d). This company is the exclusive north, central, and western Florida representative for Miracle products.
Miller Recreational Equipment & Design, Inc., (Miller) a Manatee County company, works in conjunction with Miracle Recreation (manufacturer), to identify parts and equipment needed for repairs. Miller has agreed to a set hourly rate for these services. This agenda item only applies to the repair and installation associated with Miracle recreation products and not other manufacturers Miller may represent. |
