Approve Contract with Lawson Professional Services to Continue Implementation of Lawson Talent Management Suite of Products (Information and Technology Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The district is proceeding with the implementation of Lawson's Talent Management suite of products. This contract covers the completion of the following projects: Global HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development modules.
The Global HR and Talent Acquisition modules allow the district to hire and track resources more effectively. The Learning and Development module will replace the current Professional Development System used by the district. The result is an integrated application suite to manage Human Resources.
