Approve Agreement for the Use of School Facilities Between the School Board of Hillsborough County and the Seahawks of Tampa Bay, Inc. at Coleman Middle School

On July 1, 2007, the School Board of Hillsborough County approved an Agreement for the Use of School Facilities with the Seahawks of Tampa Bay, Inc. for use of a portion of the football field and paved parking areas at Coleman Middle School for youth athletics.  The Seahawks have expressed their desire to continue using the facilities at Coleman.  They will be responsible for maintaining the field and will use its best efforts to keep it in good condition, mow, seed, weed, patch and/or replace sod to any damaged areas.

The initial term of this Agreement with be for one year, with two one-year renewal options beginning as of the effective date.  This Agreement is subject to termination, reduction, restriction, or modification by the School Board at all times for any reason deemed sufficient by the School Board. 

Approval of the Agreement for the Use of School Facilities between the School Board of Hillsborough County and the Seahawks of Tampa Bay, Inc. at Coleman Middle School will have no financial impact to the School Board.
