Approve Acceptance of Project for Roof Replacement at Greco Middle School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The approved District Five Year Plan included the project for replacement of the roof at Greco Middle School.  District staff selected Harvard Jolly, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 10, 2010, the Board awarded the contract for construction to Southern Roofing Company.  The scope of work provided for roof, edge metal, and roof drain replacements on selected buildings, and recoating of canopy roofs. Roof mounted low voltage systems conduits were also relocated or replaced as required to accomplish the reroofing.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plan and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage.
