Approve Use of Facilities Agreement Between the School Board of Hillsborough County and the South Tampa Sticks Youth Lacrosse League, Inc. (STS) at Anderson Elementary School

The South Tampa Sticks Youth Lacrosse League, Inc. has been using the athletic fields at Anderson Elementary School for practice and games over the past several years.  They have made numerous improvements to the fields such as lighting, new irrigation, sod, fencing, restrooms, scoreboard and concession stands.  Their current Use of Facilities Agreement will be expiring on March 4, 2012, and they have requested continued use of the fields on a year round basis with field maintenance and upkeep at their expense.  The school principal is in agreement with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

The term of this Agreement is for three years, commencing on March 1, 2012, and terminating on February 28, 2015, with the School Board having the right to restrict, reduce or terminate with 60 days written notice.

The approval of the Use of Facilities Agreement between the School Board of Hillsborough County and the South Tampa Sticks Youth Lacrosse League, Inc.  will have no financial impact to the School Board.
