| Approve Amendment of Engineering Firm's Agreement for Design Services on a Continuing Contract Basis | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Mechanical Engineering Solutions, Inc. is currently under contract to provide design services for miscellaneous projects on a continuing basis. As a result of the recent name change, the firm has requested that their agreement for the referenced services be amended to reflect the legal name of MES Group, Inc. Amendment of the referenced agreement will allow payments to be issued in the firm's legal name. |
