| Year-End Financial Calendars for Use by All School and District Level Finance Liaisons (Business Office) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| The attached year-end financial calendars are useful communication tools that have been successfully utilized over the past 13 years. The goal of the Business Division is to have the calendar in the hands of administrators, principals, bookkeepers, and secretaries no later than March 1st of each year. As a planning tool, the year-end calendar provides information regarding warehouse closure for inventory, project end dates, and various other items. The Budget Department compiled input from multiple departments (i.e. warehouse, instructional materials and technology) regarding deadline dates for the upcoming months.
The attached calendar months have been distributed to all principals, administrators, bookkeepers, and secretaries in February. The calendar is also posted in First Class email under Business News, Budget Department, and will be published in the Administrative Bulletin in March. |
