Approve Acceptance of Project for Furniture Refinishing Shop Addition at Maintenance Operations Center | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Howard & Associates Architects, P.A. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On April 1, 2010, the Board awarded the contract for construction to Kenyon & Partners, Inc. The scope of work provided for an addition to the existing building to house the Furniture Refinishing Department. The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
