| Approve Award of Contract for Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Renovation at Hunter's Green Elementary School | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Five Year Plan provides for renovation of the HVAC system at Hunter's Green Elementary School. District staff selected KPI Engineering, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation). Award of the contract for construction to the low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corp., is recommended. |
