| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Five Year Plan provides for renovation of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system and the roof at Progress Village Middle School. June 14, 2011, the Board approved the appointment of Ranon & Partners, Inc. to provide design services. On December 13, 2011, the Board approved the appointment of HCBeck, Ltd. to provide construction management services. The scope of work provides for renovation of the HVAC system and the roof. Project completion is scheduled for August 12, 2012. Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project. |
