| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Five Year Plan provides for replacement of the roof at Chiaramonte Elementary School. District staff selected Wilder Architecture, Inc. and Horus Construction Services, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. Project completion is scheduled for August 20, 2012. Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project. |
