Approve Acceptance of Project for Roof Replacement at Wilson Middle School | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Water intrusion at Wilson Middle School forced the closure of several areas at the school, requiring an emergency replacement of the roof on the historic building (Building 1). rojo Architecture, LLC was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services, and Southern Roofing Company, Inc. was awarded the contract for the project. The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
