| Approve Award of Contract for Painting and Water Intrusion Correction at Mintz Elementary School | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Five Year Plan provides for interior and exterior painting at Mintz Elementary School. The scope of work also provides for building envelope repairs to eliminate water intrusion. District staff selected Jerel McCants Architecture, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation). Award of the contract for construction to the low bidder, Kimszal Contracting, Inc. is recommended. |
