| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Five Year Plan provides for painting and building envelope improvements at Schmidt Elementary School. District staff selected C.B. Goldsmith and Associates, Inc. and Gilbane Building Company d/b/a Mills Gilbane from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. Project completion is scheduled for August 17, 2012. Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project. |
