EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
As the fiscal agent of the SEDNET Project, the Board will enhance the system of care for students with Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities (E/BD) and their families through the participation of project activities. In partnership with Success 4 Kids and Families, comprehensive services provided will include the coordination of educational, therapeutic, and social supports (see attached Memorandum of Understanding).
Since its inception in 1984, the FLDOE and the district joined together as a multi-agency network for students with E/BD devoted to facilitating a comprehensive “system of care” for high-risk students with E/BD and their families through the SEDNET Project.
