Adopt the Proclamation Honoring James David Randall, Jr.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This proclamation is intended to recognize General James D. Randall’s more than 30 years of contributions to Hillsborough County Public Schools as a teacher, principal, and administrator, and to convey the School Board’s condolences to his family.
