Approve Managed Services Agreement with Lawson/Infor Software to Monitor and Coordinate the Technical Administration of Lawson Talent Management Suite of Applications (Information and Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The district is now live with three of the seven Lawson Talent Management (LTM) modules. Three additional modules will be implemented during the next year. This services contract will provide technical administration support for our internal staff as we maintain the existing LTM modules and work to implement additional ones. LTM is built upon a newer technology than our other information technology applications, and this contract also facilitates knowledge transfer so that staff can maintain this system in the long term.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES | |
• Recruit, develop, and retain a highly effective, diverse workforce • Align financial resources to support the district’s strategic goals
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The budgeted amount of $100,000 will be funded through the Empowering Effective Teachers grant. This is a time and materials agreement, and we will only pay for actual services as they are received.
EVALUATION | |
Contract administration and evaluation will be performed by LTM Project Management, Information Services, and Procurement Officer, who function as a team.
