School Based Sealant and Fluoride Program (Student Services and Federal Programs Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Hillsborough County Health Department, Tampa Family Health Centers, Inc., and Suncoast Community Health Centers, Inc. will provide oral health screening and placement of dental sealant and/or fluoride varnish prevention services to second grade students enrolled in Bryan Plant City, Cork, Gibsonton, Mort, Ruskin, Shaw, Sulphur Springs and Witter elementary schools. MORE HEALTH, Inc. will provide dental education. Services will be provided directly by licensed dental health professionals between September 2012, and June 30, 2014. | |
