Contract with Infor (US), Inc. (Formerly Lawson Software, Inc.) to Monitor and Coordinate the Technical Administration of Lawson Talent Management Suite of Applications (Information and Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On September 11, 2012 the board approved to enter into a contract with Infor (US), Inc. (formerly Lawson Software, Inc. for professional consulting services to continue the implementation of the Lawson Talent Management (LTM) system. To date the contract has not been signed or fully executed as the supplied attachment was to serve only as a proposal statement. The following additions have been made and the final contract is attached for district acceptance:

  • Signature page,
  • acknowledgement of this statement of work’s subordination to the existing Master Service Agreement which contains pre-negotiated terms and conditions,
  • specific project change control procedure process is defined,
  • general project assumptions are added to allow Infor, Inc.’s remote access to the district’s system for data migration support,
  • establishment of a project data repository for the district and Infor, Inc. to collaborate regarding project issues and additional documentation,
  • acceptance of the current district payment standard, net 45 days

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
The budgeted amount of $450,000 is funded through the Empowering Effective Teacher grant.
EVALUATION
Consultants are evaluated on a continuing basis.
