EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On September 11, 2012 the board approved to enter into a contract with Infor (US), Inc. (formerly Lawson Software, Inc. for professional consulting services to continue the implementation of the Lawson Talent Management (LTM) system. To date the contract has not been signed or fully executed as the supplied attachment was to serve only as a proposal statement. The following additions have been made and the final contract is attached for district acceptance:
