Recognize Rays Baseball Foundation and the Helios Education Foundation (Hillsborough Education Foundation)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Hillsborough Education Foundation will recognize the Rays Baseball Foundation and the Helios Education Foundation for raising funds for Take Stock in Children college scholarships through its “Doubling Up for Education” partnership during the Tampa Bay Rays’ baseball season. The two organizations pledged more than $400,000 in scholarship funds over the next five years for students in Hillsborough County. With a match from Take Stock in Children, the scholarships will be valued at more than $800,000.
