EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On May 3, 2011, the Board approved the use of Community Investment Tax proceeds for replacement of obsolete and non-economically repairable portable facilities with modular buildings. Replacement of obsolete portables at Brewster Adult School was required. To reduce the number of modular buildings required for replacement, remodeling of the space vacated by the relocation of GED program activities to Gary Adult High School was needed in conjunction with the portable replacement. |
