Approve Addendum 1 of the Contract from Cayen Systems for Cayen AfterSchool 201 Perpetual Licenses to be Utilized by Hillsborough County Public Schools Out-of-School Time (HOST) Program (Student Services and Federal Programs Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On June 14, 2011, the Board approved the contract from Cayen “AfterSchool 201” Software, Board Agenda Item A 5.40, to allow for electronic registration, system generated rosters, real-time monitoring of multiple sites, participant attendance tracking, quick setup of program activities, centralization and standardization of basic data, and continuous program improvement for 9,000 students.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
The contract covers licenses, setup, and training and maintenance fees for the remaining contract.  Funds of $240,700 will be available in the HOST budget.
