EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Teacher Evaluation Handbook serves as a guideline for teachers, administrators, peer and mentor evaluators, and district personnel for the implementation of the teacher evaluation process. All components of the Empowering Effective Teachers grant related to teacher performance are addressed in the “handbook.” Topics addressed include: the overall vision of teacher effectiveness, evaluation components, observation processes, role of the peer and mentor evaluators, and the Teacher Induction Program. (Copy of handbook attached.)
