Discuss Superintendent's Staff Reorganization - Phase I, II, and III
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Due to the retirement of various senior staff members, the Superintendent is recommending a reorganization to be implemented in three phases.  First phase to take effect in March 2013, second phase in July 2013, with the third phase in January 2014.
