Recognition of Schools and Individuals that Provided Exhibits and Supported the 2013 Florida State Fair
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Over the last 33 years, in order to showcase Hillsborough County Public Schools, many individuals and schools have worked diligently to build outstanding exhibits at the Florida State Fair.  During the 2013 Florida State Fair, 25 schools displayed outstanding educational exhibits and six schools were designated first and second place winners in three categories.  The district's exhibits were made possible through the efforts of the State Fair Committee, along with the financial support of the Education Foundation, and the efforts of the principals, sponsors, and students.  The State Fair Committee is requesting that the School Board recognize schools and individuals that provided exhibits and supported the 2013 Florida State Fair.

Supplies and materials totaling $3,500 were expended from the fair budget which is supplied by the Hillsborough Education Foundation.
