Accept Statement of Work with Convergence Consulting Group (CCG) for Teacher Incentive Fund, Teacher and Principal Dashboards, and Hillsborough Principal Pipeline Enhancements (Information and Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This Statement of Work is for professional and technical services needed for continued development of Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) Data Management System and the Cognos Enterprise Data Warehouse and Reporting System, including our Teacher and Principal Dashboards.  Several new enhancements are planned for TIF including Teacher Evaluation Data, University of Wisconsin Value-Add Integration, Employee Eligibility, Override Tracking, and Analysis and Reporting.  Cognos Enterprise Data Warehouse developments will be focused on enhancements to the Teacher and Principal Dashboards and rolling out the new Cognos Reporting System.  The other major project included in this Statement of Work is to support the reporting needs of the Leader Tracking System, which is part of the Hillsborough Principal Pipeline initiative.  The goal is to expand the Enterprise Data Warehouse System to provide an easily accessible portfolio of information for leader development and tracking.

Detailed Statement of Work documents are attached.  The same terms and conditions currently in place with the Convergence Consulting Group Master Services Agreement apply.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
This agreement represents $1,600,080 of consulting services by CCG. Funding for the services specified in the Statement of Work is from the New Teacher Center Grant, TIF Grant, and EET Grant. CCG services are provided on a time and materials basis with no additional travel or per diem expenses.
EVALUATION
Human Resources, Information Services, and Business Process Improvement staff will evaluate the consulting agreement with CCG based on the accuracy and timeliness of the deliverables as outlined in the Statement of Work.  CCG performance is monitored daily by staff and is reported during weekly status meetings and project plan reviews.
